A model of green architecture on an enchanting site
The CAMMAC Music Centre is a green architecture project. Several innovative elements are included in the project:
- geothermal heat exchangers in the lake
- vegetative roofs
- recycling of gray and hot water
- waste water treatment with reed beds
- natural ventilation
- use of passive solar energy
- water purification by means of ultraviolet rays
In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere we offer:
- 40 rooms, many of which are private (capacity of 74)
- adapted rooms and an elevator for those with reduced mobility
- family units
- the Lake House (available from April to October, additional capacity of 30)
- on-site campground
- nutritious and generous meals including a vegetarian option
- meeting rooms equipped according to your needs
- a large multi-use concert hall (capacity 200) with an acoustically designed space under a high ceiling, and a floor constructed for dancing
- 4 studios (2 large)
- a studio that can serve as a recording control room
- practice studios in the surrounding woods accessible from April to October
- a music library with more than 10,000 works
- a lounge overlooking the lake
- 2 fireplaces for more intimate gatherings
