SUMMER RETREATS AT THE CAMMAC MUSIC CENTRE
Celtic and Trad Week
Answer the irresistible call of Celtic music, along with all things Trad!
This week features both traditional and classical music, with a varied choice of classes, a supportive learning atmosphere and extraordinarily passionate directors for the choir and orchestra.
Alongside classes with a Celtic flair, you will discover how the traditional culture of Quebec was greatly inspired by the traditions of the British Isles, with Quebecois dance and jigging, trad fiddling, songs from Brittany and Quebec, flute and traditional percussion (stepdancing, Irish-Quebec bones, spoons).
