HOW TO REGISTER:

Select your class and click REGISTER. Complete the online form.

You will have two options to select from for payment:

1. You can choose for us to process the payment with the credit card that we have on file for you. We will automatically renew your membership if it is not valid for the current year.

– or –

2. You can choose for us to contact you by phone to process the payment and update your credit card on file, and we will renew your membership if it is not valid for the current year.

You will receive an electronic receipt by email.

PRIVATE COACHING: Once your registration and payment are processed, you’ll receive an email with a choice of dates for your class(es).

GROUP CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES: the day before your class, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to connect to your class on Zoom as well as instructions or materials from your teacher if required.

CANCELLATIONS

If the number of registrations does not reach the minimum number of participants, workshops and lectures may be cancelled. We’ll inform you of the cancellation on the day before the class is scheduled.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Please register at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled.

FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS: You can try to register within 48 hours of the class, but please note that it may not always be possible: call 1-888-622-8755 / 819-687-3938, extension 22. Marc Cousineau will try to return your call before the class or activity begins, but we cannot guarantee that he will be able to get back to you in time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In order for us to honour our commitments to our teachers, no cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the scheduled course or conference.

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled lesson more than 48 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled at another time at the convenience of the client and the teacher. If it is impossible to find a joint availability between the two parties, the customer may be reimbursed.

Do I have to be a CAMMAC member to take classes or participate in other activities?

You don’t have to be a CAMMAC member to attend most activities, but the cost is slightly higher for non-members. You do have to hold a valid CAMMAC membership to take part in Virtual Cabaret evenings and free activities.

How are classes held online?

Classes are held via ZOOM. If you haven’t used Zoom before, please consult our Participant’s Guide:

Are workshops, lectures and masterclasses recorded so that I can watch them later?

No.

I would like private coaching from a teacher or on an instrument that isn’t listed. Can you help me to find the class I want?

Yes! Send us an email at communications@cammac.ca and we’ll find what you need.

Can I sign up for semi-private lessons?

We do offer coaching for small pre-formed ensembles and groups, but you must form your group yourself before registering. Each person must register individually, selecting the pre-formed group/ensemble option on the registration form.

What happens if I miss my class, or I cannot attend a conference or workshop that I’ve already paid for?
