REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Please register at least 48 hours before the class is scheduled.

FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS: You can try to register within 48 hours of the class, but please note that it may not always be possible: call 1-888-622-8755 / 819-687-3938, extension 22. Marc Cousineau will try to return your call before the class or activity begins, but we cannot guarantee that he will be able to get back to you in time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In order for us to honour our commitments to our teachers, no cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the scheduled course or conference.

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled lesson more than 48 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled at another time at the convenience of the client and the teacher. If it is impossible to find a joint availability between the two parties, the customer may be reimbursed.

CAMMAC ONLINE: FAQs

Do I have to be a CAMMAC member to take classes or participate in other activities?

You must hold a valid CAMMAC membership to take part in private classes, coaching, masterclasses, workshops and free activities.
You don’t have to be a CAMMAC member to attend a virtual lecture or conference, but the cost is slightly higher for non-members.

If you’re not sure if your membership is up to date, contact us at communications@cammac.ca to find out. If you’re not a member and you’d like to participate, find out how to join:

How are classes held online?

Classes are held via ZOOM. If you haven’t used Zoom before, we’ve prepared a helpful Participant’s Guide for you to download:

I would like private coaching from a teacher or on an instrument that isn’t listed. Can you help me to find the class I want?

Yes! Send us and email at communications@cammac.ca and we’ll find what you need.

Can I sign up for semi-private lessons?

We do offer coaching for small pre-formed ensembles and groups, but you must form your group yourself before registering. Each person must register individually, selecting the pre-formed group/ensemble option on the registration form.

What happens if I’ve reserved for private coaching, but I need to change the time?

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled lesson more than 48 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled at another time at the convenience of the client and the teacher. If it is impossible to find a joint availability between the two parties, the customer may be reimbursed.
