CAMMAC invites you to be part of the new Youth Advisory Committee – an exciting opportunity to share your ideas and contribute directly to CAMMAC’s activities, success, and visibility!

What’s This About?

The Youth Advisory Committee is designed to hear ideas and suggestions from our younger members regarding CAMMAC’s programming and activities. It’s your chance to help shape the future of our musical community!

Why Join?

• Connect with other young musicians who share your passion for music, and collaborate in fun and exciting ways with a diverse group of peers.
• Gain leadership experience.
• Make a real impact in shaping CAMMAC’s programs and events for young people: suggest new workshop themes, help design youth concerts, provide input on the summer camp experience…
• Add a valuable experience to your resume.

How It Works

• Open to participants aged 10-18.
• Participate in 2-3 Zoom meetings throughout the year.
• The first 12 young people to indicate their interest will form our committee for 2025.

HOW TO APPLY?

✅ Send an email to ado@cammac.ca to tell us why you’d like to be on the committee (just a few sentences!). Don’t forget to include your age.

✅ All applicants will receive an email by March 31, 2025, letting you know if you’ve been selected to join the committee.

🗓 IMPORTANT DATES

✅ Application Deadline: March 24, 2024

✅ First Committee Meeting: Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 4 p.m. EDT (on Zoom)
