MARIKA D’AILLY
1933-2023
It is with great sadness that we have learned of the recent passing of a long-time CAMMAC member, Marika D’Ailly. We extend our deepest condolences to Marika’s family and friends.
“As a devoted amateur musician, skilled in both piano and recorder, Marika was a generous and enthusiastic participant and supporter of CAMMAC. I had the honor of knowing her, playing with her, and being her friend. She will be missed.” – Tetiana Gerych
In addition to being a passionate musician and CAMMAC participant, Marika was a great supporter of the CAMMAC Music Centre. When the new Main Pavilion was built in 2006, she sponsored a wing on the 2nd floor that now bears her name.
A celebration of life will be held at Marika’s home in Okotoks, AB on Saturday, September 23, 2023, starting at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome.
