Step 1- Lodging, music program and meal plan

Book your lodging, music program and meal plan on CAMMAC’s ReservIt page

An email confirmation will be sent by ReservIt. We manually check all bookings before charging your credit card. Consequently, there may be a delay between the time of your booking and the moment your credit card is charged.

Instructions

Begin by selecting the date of your stay (for example, arrival March 3, departure March 8  ‘Spring break week 1’)  and the number of participants coming. After, click on ‘Find a unit’.

 

Chaperone fee  important!

If you are coming as a chaperone (person who accompanies a child, teen or adult and who does not take the music program), please indicate this in the note section (towards the end of your booking) and CAMMAC will adjust the cost accordingly.

 

OFF-SITE – important!

Step 2- Personal Information

We will review your booking done in ReservIt and contact you should we have questions. The email sent by ReservIt contains a link to the ‘Personal Information Form’. It is then that you will be able to provide us with important personal information (allergies, emergency contact, family members/friends sharing the room with you etc.). We use the information provided to build participant lists for our teachers and lists for the kitchen staff. This step is essential for the Centre to function in the most optimal way and key to a wonderful musical stay! This step must be completed even if you have participated in a CAMMAC program in the past.
