Born and raised in Laval QC, Vivianne Bélanger is the 2nd flute in the Fort Wayne Philharmonic as well as 2nd flute-piccolo in the Drummondville Symphony Orchestra. Vivianne obtained a Bachelor in music Performance from the McGill University in 2008, she studied with Carolyn Christie and Denis Bluteau, a Masters in music performance from the DePaul University in 2012 as well as a Performance Certificate from the same University in 2012. In Chicago Vivianne studied with Mathieu Dufour, former principal flute of the Chicago Symphony. Since 2014, Vivianne is the associate faculty at IPFW (Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne).
