
Dr. Moire Stevenson is a clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, families, and young adults looking for psychological support for a variety of reasons (chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, stress management and many more), using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness) to best meet her clients’ needs. She has worked with children and youth for over 20 years in various roles (teaching assistant, tutor, and even as an entertainer). She is currently the Lead for Disability Accommodations at Concordia University.
Dr. Stevenson is also the founder of Mindfulness Outdoors, an organization through which she leads retreats and online groups that teach people to use nature as a background for learning various therapeutic and mindfulness-based techniques that they can use in all areas of their lives.
