Eulalie Emeriaud has studied music since childhood, beginning with choral singing and then learning the recorder and piano. She earned a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in composition from Cégep Saint-Laurent, and continued her studies in recorder performance at McGill University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree there and will finish her Master’s degree in December 2023. In September 2022, she spent a year in Helsinki, Finland, studying at the Sibelius Academy of Music. During her time there, she deepened her knowledge of ensemble music, collaborating with other recorder players, and focused on recorder teaching.

She has worked as a teacher at the Vincent-d’Indy music school.

Owls, her composition for recorder trio, was published in the American Recorder Society magazine (March 2020).
