Pianist, actress and singer, Nathalie Rochette has been sharing her time between teaching and performing for over 15 years. After obtaining two BACS in music, one in piano interpretation and the other in music education, she continued her studies in Musical theatre at the Lionel-Groulx college. Nathalie has since then taken part in several productions as an actress, musical director and pianist and has signed the musical arrangements of vocal ensembles such as « Les Caroles ». She also perfect her acting skills at the « Ateliers Danielle Fichaud » and played for several years in the theatrical productions of « Théâtre de l’Oeil ouvert ». In 2019, she completed a Master’s degree in choral conducting from University of Sherbrooke. Beside her 15 years of experience in directing children’s choirs as a music teacher in public schools, Nathalie has also been directing private children’s choirs for over 5 years. She also been working alongside Tiphaine Legrand for 2 years at « École des Jeunes de l’université de Montréal » as well as Roseline Blain at the “Petites voix du Plateau” for 3 years as a group leader and rehearsal director. Additional challenges are also awaiting in 2020 since she will be joining the CAMMAC team this summer.
