Sheila holds an MA in Slavic Studies from the University of Toronto, and a Master’s in Music Education from Westminster Choir College of Rider University, Princeton, New Jersey. She is the founder and CEO of Specan International Inc., offering translation and interpretation services.
Currently retired from teaching, Sheila serves on the CAMMAC Toronto Region Management Committee and as Editor for the Toronto Region Newsletter. She has recently accepted to become the National Representative for the CAMMAC Toronto Region.
An avid oboist and chamber music afficionado. Sheila is a member of the Peterborough Concert Band.
