Please note that the fee for CAMMAC Membership will be added to your invoice if your membership is not currently up to date. Membership fees are non-refundable.

➜ PARTICIPANTS LODGING ON SITE IN THE MAIN PAVILION OR THE LAKE HOUSE:

  • The all-inclusive package includes your selected room(s), music program fees, and a mandatory meal plan for each registered participant.

➜ PARTICIPANTS CAMPING ON SITE (TENT OR RV):

  • The camping package includes your campsite and music program fees for each registered participant.
  • The meal plan is optional, and can be added to your package when registering.
  • An additional tent may be added to your site for a small fee.

➜ OFF-SITE PARTICIPANTS:

  • The off-site participant option includes only the music program fees.
  • The meal plan is optional, and can be added to your package when registering.

The “CHAPERONE” rate applies to an adult accompanying a child/teenager, lodging on-site, and not wishing to take part in the music program (maximum 1 chaperone per accommodation unit). A chaperone may participate in evening activities and attend concerts during their stay.

The “1 CLASS ONLY” and “2 CLASSES ONLY” rates entitle the participant to attend only 1 or 2 classes for the duration of their stay. Participating in the choir or the orchestra counts as a choice of class, and the participant must follow the same 1 class or 2 classes throughout the entire week (one cannot choose a different class every day).

What’s included in the meal plan?

  • A light supper and evening snack are included on the day of your arrival.
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks (one in the morning and one in the evening) are included for each full day of your stay.
  • Breakfast and a snack are included on the day of departure.
  • Musical Sundays concert and brunch tickets are not included in the meal plan, and can be purchased separately at the Tuck Shop or online.

Participants must bring their own instruments. Instruments available for rental or sale at CAMMAC are as follows:

  • Yamaha plastic soprano and alto recorders can be purchased at the Tuck Shop. Various recorders are available for rental from the Music Library for the week.
  • Viola da gambas can be rented for Week 2. When you preregister for the viola da gamba class, you will also be able to reserve an instrument rental.
  • Celtic harps can be rented for Week 4. When you preregister for the harp class, you will also be able to reserve an instrument rental.
  • CAMMAC can provide some ukuleles. Please let us know if you would like to borrow one: reservations@cammac.ca

GET THE BEST PRICE: Special offers and rebates are available!

Please indicate your eligibility when you register either by phone or online (in the comments section of the online booking system). Special offers and rebates cannot be combined. A registration can consist of several participants (eg a family counts as one registration, as does a couple registering together). Some of the below-mentioned rebates are applied ‘per registration’ and others, ‘per person’, see details for each offer.

 

➜ DISCOUNT FOR FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANTS

If this is your first experience as a CAMMAC participant, you will receive a $100.00 discount. Applicable only on reservations with full music program, for first-time enrolment in a camp program.

 

➜ DISCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK

If you register for more than one week, you’ll benefit from a $100.00 discount per person per additional week. Applicable only on reservations with full music program, accommodation and meal plan.

 

➜ BRING A FRIEND REBATE

Get a $55.00 rebate when a person or family that you referred registers for the summer music program. It must be their first time at CAMMAC. The person registering must email reservations@cammac.ca letting us know who referred them to us. This information can also be entered in the comment section of the online booking system. Does not apply to members of your family.

 

➜ “5 AND MORE” REBATE

Come to CAMMAC as a group and save! We offer a $100.00 rebate per room for 5 rooms booked by participants from the same organization (choir, association, school, business, etc.). Applicable only on reservations with full music program, accommodation and meal plan. To apply for your refund, email reservations@cammac.ca with the list of registrations (name of the participant who completed the registration, registration week(s), name of organization). Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, after all members of the group have completed their stays, or participants may request to have the amount left as credit on the account for a future stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Rates are in Canadian dollars.
  • GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are not included in the rates shown.
  • The CAMMAC membership fee will be added to your invoice if your membership is not up to date for the selected stay.
  • 50% of your total invoice, before taxes, will be charged to your credit card within 5 business days of your reservation.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the invoice in the event of errors or omissions (for example, missing membership fees, incorrect meal plan selection, or incorrect music program selection). In such cases, a revised invoice will be sent to you.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • More than 60 days before the arrival date:
    All cancellations (partial or full) will incur an administrative fee of $75.

  • 60 days or fewer before the arrival date:
    Any full cancellation will incur fees equivalent to 50% of the total invoice amount, including taxes.
    Any partial cancellation will incur administrative fees equivalent to 50% of the difference, including taxes.

  • Membership fees are not refundable.

 

FINANCIAL AID

CAMMAC offers several bursaries each year to allow less fortunate musicians (no age limit) to participate in the summer programs.
