PRE-REGISTRATION AND GENERAL INTEREST SURVEY FOR CLASSES
Please complete by Monday September 27, 2021.
Even if you don’t need to pre-register for any classes, please complete the first part of the form for each participant so that we can measure interest for each of the classes being offered at Thanksgiving.
Pre-registration is required for the following classes:
– Chamber Music / Small ensembles
– Choir – Oct 8-11 (weekend only)
– Orchestra – Oct 8-11 (weekend only)
– Jazz Combo Ensembles – Oct 8-11 (weekend only)
Pre-registration will help us to place you in groups with musicians of a compatible level. Space is limited for these classes and places will be attributed on a first come, first served basis. Pre-registrations received after September 27 will be accepted only if there is still space available.
