Summer Magic: The Fairy Queen by Purcell

Be part of an exciting project that will unite everyone attending, in a production of Purcell’s The Fairy Queen! Choir, orchestra, singers, and dancers young and old will join forces to stage excerpts from this unique opera in which the magic of the forest spirits reigns supreme.

Also featured this week, chamber music with the fantastic Utrecht String Quartet, along with courses for Celtic harp enthusiasts and an intensive voice program.

The world premiere of Robert Rival’s composition commissioned for CAMMAC and violinist Marc Djokic, our artist in residence. Participate in the premiere!

Écoute active *

Ce cours vise à développer et à enrichir l’expérience du mélomane par l’acquisition de connaissances spécifiques à l’univers de la musique dont les styles, les formes et les genres. L’écoute collective d’oeuvres est accompagnée de commentaires explicatifs du professeur et est parfois appuyée par des éléments audiovisuels complémentaires. La collaboration active des participants est fréquemment sollicitée.

DISCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK

If you register for more than one week, you’ll benefit from a $100 discount per adult per week, and a $50 discount per child or teen per week. This discount is not available to participants who are coming as a helper or caregiver.

 

BRING A FRIEND REBATE*

Get a 50 $ rebate when a person or family that you referred registers at CAMMAC for the Summer. It must be their first time at CAMMAC. The person registering must send us an email at communications@cammac.ca with the details of how they learned about CAMMAC and who referred them to us (this information can also be entered in the comment section of the online booking system).

*Does not apply to members of your family.

 

“5 AND MORE” REBATE

Come as a group to CAMMAC and obtain a rebate!
We offer a 100 $ rebate per room for 5 rooms booked by participants from the same organisation (choir, association, school, business etc.). Registrations can be for different weeks.

Send us an email at communications@cammac.ca with the list of registrations (name participant who completed the registration, registration week(s), name of organisation). We will send you the reimbursement at the end of the Summer season.
