GERMAINE FUGÈRE DENONCOURT

The CAMMAC community would like to pay tribute to Germaine Fugère Denoncourt, a long-standing member of our organization, who passed away on January 7, 2026. We offer our heartfelt condolences to her family. She is mourned by her daughter Anne-Marie, her sister Rita, and many relatives and friends.
Many of our members will remember Germaine for her work as a nurse at the Music Centre, a role she carried out for more than twenty years, notably during Thanksgiving weekends. She was also very active with CAMMAC-Montreal; together with her late husband, Edgar Denoncourt, she helped organize the Sunday afternoon sight-reading sessions.
The family will receive condolences on January 16, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Saint-Bonaventure Church, 5205 St-Zotique Street in Montreal. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., followed by a light reception at 12:30 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos funeral complex, 6700 Beaubien Street, Montreal.
