If you’ve ever attended Week 2 at the Music Centre, you know that on Saturday night, there’s no hot dog roast… Instead, participants take part in a legendary wine and cheese event, and this year, everyone has the chance to attend!

We would like to thank Francis Colpron (Director of Week 3) and Marie-Nathalie Lacoursière (Co-Director of Week 2), as well as cheese specialists Léonore Colpron-Bergsma and Léo Mondor, for this wonderful conference on a delicious selection of cheese.
