
A passionate chamber musician, Diane is a founding member of the Cobalt Quartet and has shared the stage with internationally renowned artists such as the Bozzini Quartet and the Debussy Quartet.
Diane is second concertmaster of the Galileo Ensemble, an orchestra playing on period instruments. She plays regularly as second concertmaster or assistant in various symphony orchestras, including the Orchestre Philharmonique et Chœur des Mélomanes, the Ensemble Classico-Moderne and the Orchestre FILMHarmonique, with whom she recorded the CD Phonèmes: La musique de François Dompierre. She is also a freelance member of the baroque ensembles Arion Orchestre Baroque, Clavecin en concert and the Ensemble Caprice.
A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon, Diane holds a Certificate of Proficiency as well as a Master’s degree in violin pedagogy. Involved in various projects for the dissemination of culture and education, she is a founding member of the Unis/sons collective and notably went to Haiti to transmit her passion at the summer academy of the Cemuchca Music Institute in 2018. Diane is also a faculty member at the Domaine Forget International Academy of Music and Dance and a violin teacher at the Collège Stanislas Conservatory of Music.
Diane received her Master’s degree in performance from McGill University in the class of JinJoo Cho after completing her Bachelor’s degree in performance in the class of Annick Roussin at the Université de Montréal.
